Access plans are one-time purchases
An access plan is a single payment for a fixed period of unlimited hose record views. It never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and no later charge.
Access starts immediately
Access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because the plan is a digital service delivered immediately, purchases are normally final once access has started.
When we refund
- You were charged more than once for the same plan.
- You paid but access was not added to your account and we cannot fix it.
- The payment was unauthorised.
- A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
How to ask
Email sales@hoseseek.com from the address on your account with the date of the payment. We usually reply within a few working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and the access granted by that payment ends.
Try before you buy
Three different hose records can be viewed in full each month without paying, and a 24-hour plan is available, so you can check that the site covers your machines before buying a longer plan.
