What is free without a plan?
Search, machine and brand pages, manuals, all workshop tools and all learning pages are free. You can also open the full details of three different hose records each calendar month.
Will I be charged again when the plan ends?
No. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose 24 hours for a single repair job. Choose 30 or 90 days if you make hoses regularly. The one-year plan costs the least per day and suits a workshop that looks up hoses every week.
What happens if I buy a plan while one is still active?
The new period is added to the end of your current access, so no time is lost.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken on a secure page hosted by Stripe. HoseSeek never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Access starts immediately, so purchases are normally final. We refund duplicate charges, payments where access was not delivered, and unauthorised payments. See the refund policy for details.
